Refund Policy — No Refunds

All digital product sales are final. No refunds.

Because MyAppAI products are digital goods (licenses, online access, downloadable or streamable software experiences), buyers receive immediate access or the ability to use the product after payment. Under this policy:

• No refunds after successful Stripe or Gumroad payment
• No returns, exchanges, or partial refunds for change of mind, unused licenses, or buyer error
• No refunds for dissatisfaction with AI output quality (AI results vary)
• No refunds because a third-party platform (e.g. Google AI Studio) requires a free account or has downtime

Exceptions: Only if required by non-waivable law, or if we cancel an order before access is provided, or if a payment processor forces a reversal we cannot prevent. Duplicate accidental charges may be reviewed case-by-case with proof.
